About Us
Proactive Wildfire Armor helps homeowners protect their homes and families through professional wildfire hardening and fire suppression solutions. As demand continues to grow throughout California, we’re expanding our team and looking for motivated, energetic people who want to build a career—not just find another job.
No previous experience is required. We provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
As a Neighborhood Outreach Representative, you’ll work in residential communities speaking with homeowners about wildfire protection services and scheduling free consultations with our sales team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Canvassing assigned neighborhoods
- Starting conversations with homeowners
- Educating residents about wildfire protection
- Scheduling qualified appointments
- Tracking daily activity
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve weekly goals
Compensation
- Earn $75 for every qualified appointment
- Performance-based commissions on closed sales
- Monthly bonus opportunities
- Top performers can earn $1,000–$2,500+ per week

Sales experience is a plus but is not required .
