Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Supervisor Job Summary: Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a long-term and short-term care facility, is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Night Supervisor to join our award-winning ventilator unit and pulmonary rehab program. As a Full or Part-Time Respiratory Therapy Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Respiratory Therapy department during our 12-hour night shift , from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, for three days. Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Respiratory Therapists and Certified Respiratory Therapists in the ventilation unit and pulmonary rehab program
• Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established protocols and standards
• Monitor and maintain patient care records, reports, and statistics
• Participate in quality assessment and improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy
• Ability to work independently
• Current or pending New York State Respiratory Therapy Permit or License
• CPR Certification within three (3) months of hire What We Offer:
