Customer Success Program Manager

Acting as a strategic partner and program manager, the full-time remote Customer Success Strategist & Program Manager will own the planning processes, drive critical initiatives, and translate high-level strategies into actionable execution plans within the Customer Success organization. Key responsibilities: Own and drive the annual and quarterly planning processes, including OKR development and executive alignment Manage end-to-end program execution for strategic CSM initiatives, ensuring clarity and accountability across workstreams Partner with analytics and finance teams to synthesize data into strategic insights that inform Customer Success strategies Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, strategy, consulting, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment Preferred experience in a Chief of Staff or CS Strategy role at a high-growth SaaS company Background in cybersecurity or related technology markets is preferred MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery
