Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This role involves providing specialized care to patients in the PCU, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. The position is scheduled for day shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on August 3, 2026.

Job Details:

• Location: 5700 EAST HIGHWAY 90, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher preferred, State-specific nursing license, minimum of 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting, comprehensive understanding of patient care protocols, and location flexibility for candidates living 60 miles or more from the facility.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiac and telemetry patients, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, certifications in emergency or critical care preferred.
• Additional Information: This position requires adherence to facility policies and procedures, including compliance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) protocols essential for patient safety and quality care.
