Talent Acquisition Partner - Temporary

Responsibilities Effectively and efficiently perform all related activities of recruitment, including but not limited to conducting intake sessions, sourcing, interviewing, and reviewing compensation for assigned service lines throughout Emory Healthcare. Ensure adherence to all federal, state and local regulations and EHC policies in the employment process. Perform related responsibilities as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Two (2) plus years in Talent Acquisition; or five (5) plus years in Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales or related field. Demonstrated experience in recruitment or related with strong customer service. Experience with applicant tracking, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases to manage data is a plus. Strong organizational skills, high skill level in customer service, effective presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including fact finding, influencing, listening and problem solving. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, hiring leaders, vendors and senior leaders across the organization.
