Job Duties

• Check incoming voicemail messages
• Review and document caller information accurately
• Respond to voicemail inquiries with clear and precise information
• Route messages to the appropriate person or department
• Assist with answering incoming phone calls as needed
• Listen carefully to understand each caller's needs
• Provide accurate directions and instructions
• Communicate information professionally and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality when handling caller information
• Escalate complex questions to the appropriate team member
• Collaborate with other phone-bank representatives
• Perform additional customer-service functions as assigned
