Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, including those with cardiac conditions and chronic illnesses.
• Administer and titrate medications as required, including Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Heparin.
• Read and interpret cardiac monitoring strips and respond to any irregularities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care and ensure patient and family education.
• Document patient care activities using Epic charting system efficiently and accurately.
• Float to various units as needed, providing full patient care load when required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS.
• Must have experience in PCU, telemetry, or cardiac nursing.
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac strips independently.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Capable of working every other weekend and holiday as required.
