Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a caring team that values people and acts with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.09 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime: Thur 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control activities, and other security‑related duties at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading and shipping areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and support site rules. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as required, and document deliveries, pickups, and other site activity in accordance with post instructions. Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
