Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician with a strong background in  rigid conduit installation and cable tray systems . This is a hands-on role working in heavy industrial environments, requiring individuals who can work independently, read electrical drawings, and deliver high-quality installations safely and efficiently. Candidates must have proven experience bending and installing rigid conduit and supporting large industrial electrical systems.

** This is not a contract role, the company is looking to hire directly. Full benefits including 100% company paid Health Insurance for employee.

$90.00 per day per diem

Key Responsibilities

• Install, bend, and secure Rigid Metal Conduit (RMC), Aluminum Rigid Conduit, EMT, and PVC conduit systems
• Install, support, and route cable tray systems in industrial environments
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, one-line diagrams, and construction drawings
• Install power distribution, lighting, industrial controls, and electrical equipment
• Pull, route, and terminate large power cables and control wiring
• Install and wire Motor Control Centers (MCCs), switchgear, transformers, and industrial equipment
• Perform electrical installations while maintaining high production and quality standards
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA, customer, and company safety requirements
• Work independently or as part of a construction crew on industrial projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
• Demonstrated expertise installing and bending rigid conduit (RMC)
• Extensive cable tray installation experience
• Industrial construction experience is required
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams
• Experience pulling and terminating power and control cables
• Proficient with electrical hand tools and power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Medium-voltage systems (5kV–35kV)
• Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
• Switchgear installation
• PLC and instrumentation wiring
• Industrial shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages
• Refineries
• Manufacturing facilities
• Steel mills
• Mining operations
• Chemical plants
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30, or MSHA certification
