We are excited to welcome a passionate *Cardiac Electrophysiologist* to join our dynamic, growing practice and lead innovation in cardiac care. *Practice Highlights:* * *Independent practice* with strong affiliations to both *tertiary care hospitals* and local community hospitals. * Opportunity for *directorship positions*. * Faculty role in an *ACGME-accredited program*, with active involvement in teaching. * Step into a *busy, well-established EP practice*, supported by 8 Cardiologists and 12 providers and a thriving, organized device clinic. * Perform a full range of advanced EP procedures: * AICD/PPM implantations * Atrial fibrillation ablations * LAA closure devices * Other cutting-edge electrophysiology procedures * Comprehensive cardiovascular services: * Noninvasive, Invasive, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional, Structural Heart * Large, in-house diagnostic testing facility * Full support teams to assist with patient care. * *Employed model* with: * Base salary in the *99th percentile of MGMA* * Productivity-based incentives * *Partnership track* * Institutional support for *academic involvement and research*, with opportunities to mentor medical residents and cardiology fellows. *Minimum Requirements:* * *Medical Degree (MD or DO)* from an accredited institution. * Completion of fellowship in *Cardiovascular Medicine* and *Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology*. * *Board Certified/Eligible* in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. * Valid *New Jersey Medical License*. * Expertise in: * Managing arrhythmias * Performing ablations * Implanting cardiac devices * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment. * Commitment to high-quality patient care, innovation, and outcomes.
