Your Role: In this in-office position, you will be responsible for a variety of bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and providing insightful financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily bookkeeping functions including AP, AR and banking transactions Process and manage invoices and payments efficiently, meeting strict deadlines Manage reconcile and resolve any discrepancies in AP and AR functions Generate and analyze financial reports to provide valuable insight to Executive Mgmt Retrieve, file and maintain accurate documentation for invoices and electronic receipts Organize and update accounting documents, adhering to best practices and GAAP regulatory standards Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 4 years’ experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable roles Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks independently Meticulous in all financial documentation and processes with strong attention to detail Proven ability to produce and analyze financial reports effectively Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients High level of confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive financial information Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is essential Apply Today or send your resume directly to: View email address on click.appcast.io and become an integral part of our growing team! #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
