Car Wash Site Manager

Site Manager We’re looking for an energetic Site Manager to lead our retail operation, ensuring high quality customer service, strong sales, and a safe work environment. Responsibilities Recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff. Schedule employee shifts and manage overtime policies. Facilitate employee engagement, performance management, and recognition. Grow sales volume and increase site profitability. Maintain operating P&L metrics and understand how costs impact margins and pricing. Resolve customer inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner. Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures. Ensure compliance with vehicle damage claim procedures. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills & Experience Strong leadership and communication skills, including active listening. Experience with team building. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Strong work ethic and professional attitude. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Three or more years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role. Experience supervising or serving as assistant manager in a big‑box, auto, car wash or lube store is preferred. Ability to anticipate customer needs. Benefits Paid vacations.
