Full-Time & Part-Time. Hourly + Tips + Sales Bonuses. Your Role Deliver flawless waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax®. Build strong guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations. Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals. Create a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals. Meet cleanliness and sanitation standards. What You Bring Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required). A passion for skincare and a talent for upselling and cross-selling. Confidence in recommending products and services to meet guest needs. A goal-oriented mindset and a desire to grow your income.
