Position Overview:
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) full-time in Ephrata, Washington
Pay range $28/hr - $38/hr, depending on experience
Flexible $7500 career bonus: You’ll earn up to $7500 in additional financial benefits over your first three years — use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or personal development.
75% OP / 25% IP

Physical Therapist Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising PT
Complete documentation
Communicate with patients, patients’ families, and physicians, and staff
Assist in the general operation of the department
Assist with development of programs
Qualifications and Education:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Physical Therapist Assistant
Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
