Position Overview:

• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) full-time in Ephrata, Washington
• Pay range $28/hr - $38/hr, depending on experience
• Flexible $7500 career bonus: You’ll earn up to $7500 in additional financial benefits over your first three years — use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or personal development.
• 75% OP / 25% IP

Physical Therapist Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising PT
• Complete documentation
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families, and physicians, and staff
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Assist with development of programs

Qualifications and Education:

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Physical Therapist Assistant
• Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
