Account Executive
We are seeking an Account Executive to identify, develop, and manage relationships with businesses and organizations that utilize temporary staffing services. This is a relationship-focused sales role responsible for prospecting new clients, building a book of business, understanding client hiring needs, and partnering with internal recruiting teams to deliver staffing solutions.
The Account Executive will spend significant time researching prospective clients, making introductory calls, visiting client worksites, delivering sales presentations, attending client meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing accounts.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, competitive, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment. Success in this role requires persistence, professionalism, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to negotiate and manage successful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients through internet research, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other business development methods.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and outreach to set introductory client meetings.
- Visit client worksites, attend meetings, deliver sales presentations, and develop a strong understanding of client staffing needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the staffing and job order process.
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to communicate client needs and help identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Manage the job order process from intake through fulfillment, ensuring client expectations are clearly understood and addressed.
- Represent the organization professionally in the marketplace and during all client interactions.
- Negotiate terms, support deal execution, and help ensure successful and profitable client engagements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to support ongoing business needs and future opportunities.
- Attend client-facing events, networking opportunities, and relationship-building activities as needed.
- Exercise discretion and sound judgment when evaluating prospective clients, business opportunities, and client needs.

- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting proactive business development outreach.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-term business relationships.
- Strong listening, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- High level of self-motivation, accountability, and personal initiative.
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when evaluating business opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage client needs effectively.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Comfortable spending time in the field visiting clients, prospects, and work sites.
- Interest in staffing, recruiting, sales, business development, client service, or professional services.
