What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process within the scope of practice
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Display cultural sensitivity and adapt communication to diverse populations
- Delegate tasks effectively to licensed and ancillary staff
- Maintain compliance with all legal, health, and safety standards
- Document care accurately and efficiently using clinical software
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Florida
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- At least 2 years of recent nursing experience in a similar setting
- Proficiency with medical documentation and clinical software
- Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing
- Certification in a nursing specialty area
