Salary$95000 - $130000LocationNew York, NY, USATypeOffice basedContactNewYork View email address on us.fitly.work COMPANY NAME:Oliver James Associates LLCPOSITION TITLE:Senior Business PartnerPOSITION DUTIES:· Support recruitment outcomes in the US Actuarial Perm market by headhunting candidates, developing and establishing client relationships, and tracking recruitment placement activity.· Review professional profiles and job orders to match prospective applicants with client requirements.· Assist the Senior Vice President by providing strategic recommendations and insights into the division’s recruitment programs.· Negotiate engagement agreements with multinational companies, defining the client’s needs and expected outcomes.· Follow market developments in technology, data tools, software, and applications.· Provide reports internally to leadership, and also to external clients who are insurance carriers, re insurers, private equity firms and asset managers, highlighting key project milestones, hiring timelines, and pipeline health.· Define client personnel requirements, including mapping out the organisational structure, culture and annual growth plans and make hiring recommendations when appropriate.· Develop key market knowledge within the Financial Services sector to accurately advise clients on hiring trends.· Attend conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings to build connections and remain informed on current trends within the Actuarial market.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Four years of full-time experience in occupations involving recruitment consulting, account management, or related occupations.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Experience to include four years in each of the following: 1) Leading full-cycle recruitment for international director and senior management roles in the financial services sector, assessing strategy based on local market trends, availability of talent, and regulatory requirements; 2) Talent mapping and market research for large, global clients using advanced sourcing platforms and tools, including Linked In Recruiter and Salesforce; 3) Utilising Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to track candidate sourcing, conversion, and pipeline metrics, including Salesforce or Bond Adapt (currently known as Adapt by Bullhorn); 4) Sourcing and evaluating candidates in investment modelling, reporting, capital, actuarial modelling, hedging, pricing, valuation, quantitative and analytical fields for permanent positions; and 5) Partnering with executive stakeholders to support organisational workforce planning and outline role requirements for regulated and technical professional positions.RATE OF PAY:LOCATION OF POSITION:$95,000 to $130,000 per yearOliver James Associates LLC1230 6th Avenue, Floor 18New York NY 10020APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:Please submit your resume to [email protected]
