Warehouse Distribution Specialist

Responsibilities Updates cross functional area contacts on new programs, SOPs, service issues or inquiries Assists with customer problems, missed shipments, daily OS&D reconciliation and resolution Frequently assists with coordinating special orders and shipments Primary owner for divisional mailboxes for timely response Assists in identifying local process improvement areas Works with the Director of Operation to review customer claim data Responsible for driving down unsolicited returns Communicates with all departments within the Distribution Center and other ABC DCs as required Requirements Requires broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences Completion of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related experience Familiarity with ABC products, services and pharmaceutical distribution operations Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and inventory management system Working knowledge of SAP and PKMS #J-18808-Ljbffr
