Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care

• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies

• Collaborate with nurse managers and other department leaders to develop and implement staffing plans and schedules

• Provide mentorship and coaching to staff members, fostering a culture of growth and development

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas

• Minimum of 0 years of experience as an RN, with a strong foundation in nursing practices and leadership principles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Ability to work flexible hour schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology systems
