Position Pursuing a role in the Buying Team, Corporate office in Marlboro, MA. Must reside within 30 miles of Marlboro to work on-site. Responsibilities Ensure timely ordering of material, equipment, and supplies. Verify purchasing requests by comparing items requested to the master project list, clarify unclear items, and recommend alternatives to meet project installation timelines. Create and submit purchase orders. Maintain accurate project and purchase order records, handle RMA authorization paperwork with vendors, and validate invoice payments. Work closely with Purchasing Manager and other buyers, filling in during planned or unplanned absences or as workload requires. Receive and contact vendors to determine status of orders. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be good with numbers, have great attention to detail, and thrive in a busy, fast‑paced team environment. Additional Information Junior candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Benefits and Compensation Pay Rate: $24–$26 per hour, commensurate with experience. Full‑time hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm with a half‑hour lunch.
