Role Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from children to the elderly.
- Oversee management of chronic diseases, preventive health, acute conditions, and mental wellness with a focus on patient engagement.
- Perform detailed physical assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and create individualized care strategies.
- Collaborate closely with specialists, care coordinators, and behavioral health providers to ensure holistic treatment plans.
- Engage in quality improvement programs aimed at enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
- Utilize cutting-edge electronic medical records (EMR) systems to deliver accurate patient documentation.
- Provide care both in-person and through telehealth to meet diverse patient needs.
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for or currently possess an active Massachusetts medical license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
- Proficient in clinical diagnostics with a strong emphasis on proactive healthcare.
- Comfortable navigating value-based care frameworks and committed to continuous improvement.

- Tech-savvy, equipped with experience using EMRs and digital care platforms.
