Our client in the Automotive Industry is seeking Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator you will be responsible for assembling component parts into finished products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Auburn Hills

Pay Range: $16.00 Shift: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd

What's the Job?

• Assemble components according to work instructions.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure parts are defect-free.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area using 5S principles.
• Report quality, safety, or production concerns to the team leader.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.

What's Needed?

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Good attendance and a positive attitude
