This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week). Availability for evening shifts on Mondays and Wednesdays is required; other scheduling options can be discussed during the interview.

As a Physical Therapist, Your Success Will Be Achieved By:

• Utilizing your clinical expertise to assess movement dysfunction and uncover underlying issues through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively creating and modifying evidence-based care plans that align with each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Administering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to enhance function and alleviate pain.
• Monitoring significant patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Acting as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Requirements for Physical Therapists:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Current CPR and first aid certification is required.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Open to new graduates with substantial orthopedic outpatient experience gained during clinical rotations.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment is highly desirable.

The salary range is $85K - $112K+, which includes productivity incentives. There is additional earning potential for clinicians interested in a higher-volume caseload model , along with further compensation opportunities for certifications.
