Job Details Job Location : Encinitas, CA 92024 Salary Range : $21.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role combines direct patient care with clinical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring a positive patient experience and smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with patient admission and intake Record and document vital signs and medical history Prepare charts and assist with scheduling and phone calls Provide support during GI procedures Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient service Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure excellent care Skills & Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required Clinical experience preferred Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Strong administrative skills, including scheduling and documentation Excellent communication and patient service skills Team-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
