Sanitation Technician

Description CCB Packaging, a locally owned leader in the packaging industry, is looking for a 1st shift Sanitation Technician! Responsibilities include: Follow all company policies and procedures as they relate to food and associate safety practices. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures are followed and that food safety programs are adhered to. Ensure accuracy of the Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS) designated tasks. Demonstrate knowledge and utilization of cleaning chemicals. Verify and monitor sanitation systems and requirements. Perform scheduled and timely sanitation duties as directed by the Sanitation Systems Supervisor. Maintain cleanliness of all warehouse floors (sweeping, scrubbing and mopping). Maintain cleanliness of all restrooms and break rooms. Restock supplies as needed to perform designated tasks. Clean exterior grounds as assigned. Clean production area including production equipment as required. Perform allergen sanitations on production lines. Clean and maintain sanitation equipment. General office cleaning including vacuuming. Other duties as assigned by Management Staff. Qualifications include: High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years related experience or equivalent training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems and make decisions both independently and within a cross-functional team. Light - Medium mechanical aptitude.
