The Opportunity

This is more than a position—the Executive Producer role is a chance to help shape your career and the future of a media company from the ground up. These roles are volunteer, unpaid, and part of the popular Reboot Fellows Program. You’ll work directly with a senior leadership team of mentors who bring vision, experience, and heart to everything they do, as we build a platform that inspires, educates, and connects.

What You’ll Do

The Executive Producer of Talent Booking is a top volunteer role at Reboot Media, with duties including: research, outreach, booking, scheduling and planning of episode guests for The Reboot Chronicles Show, including CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, authors, celebrities, and global leaders. This is a market-facing role with various corporate and professional ecosystems and networks, that provides Fellows regular engagement and executive relationships opportunities with the world’s top corporations, organizations, institutions, governments, PR agencies, and startups.

Part of the Producer team that is booking VIP guests, the role include researching and identifying potential high-level executives and celebrities, to be on an episode of the Reboot Chronicle Show.

The Reboot Fellows Program:  

These roles are volunteer, unpaid, and part of the popular Reboot Fellows Program. These sought-after volunteer positions, were started by Reboot Partners in partnership with Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, to bring together emerging business, civic, government, academic, student and entrepreneurial leaders, to quickly expand, upskill and broaden their experiences and accelerate their career advancement, by participating in projects made available through the Reboot network of people, companies and partner organizations. Fellows roles are initially part-time, unpaid positions that provide accelerated career/skill development and lead to targeted placement in full time engagements.

Over the last decade dozens of Reboot Fellows have leveraged their positions to enhance their skills, increase their profile exposure and land their next dream position in global organizations—from Fortune 500 corporations and media companies to emerging growth companies and startups.
