Digital Realty in Seattle is seeking a Remote Hands Technician II to provide best-in-class customer and technical support for data center operations. You will assist with racking, cabling, cross connects, and respond to customer requests within SLAs while collaborating with Deployment, GDC, Provisioning, and Project Management teams to ensure timely installations and a positive customer experience. You’ll work with and support other operations team members to ensure 100% uptime, participate in #J-18808-Ljbffr Digital Realty
