SAP Test Lead

Title: SAP Test Lead Responsibilities Develop and own the test strategy and test plan for the S4HANA upgrade. Coordinate unit, integration, regression, UAT, and cutover testing phases. Define test scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with functional and technical teams. Manage test environments, data preparation, and test execution schedules. Lead defect triage meetings, ensuring timely resolution and retesting. Oversee test automation initiatives using tools like TOSCA, Client ALM, or SAP CBTA. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational QA standards. Provide status reports and metrics to stakeholders and project leadership. Collaborate with business users, consultants, and offshore teams to ensure test coverage and readiness. Required Skills Minimum 8+ years of SAP testing experience, with at least 2 full cycle upgrade or implementation projects. Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA architecture, modules, and upgrade impacts. Hands‑on experience with test management tools e.g., Client ALM, Jira, TOSCA, SAP Solution Manager. Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting. Experience in cross‑functional testing coordination across Finance, Logistics, Security, and Technical teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage onsite‑offshore testing teams and align deliverables. ISTQB or equivalent testing certification preferred. Experience Minimum 8+ years in relevant SAP roles. Prior involvement in SAP upgrade or implementation projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
