We're seeking a dedicated clinician with experience in school-based settings to provide personalized onsite support within a vibrant learning community near Running Springs, California. As our school transitions from virtual to in-person services, your expertise will shape communication development and educational success for a diverse caseload.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
• Previous experience working with K-8th grade students in schools
• Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
• Candidates without CCC may be considered if open to pursuing supervision

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-8 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Conduct screenings and provide intervention, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and work closely with teachers and families to support student goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress records in compliance with school district and legal requirements
• Collaborate effectively with support staff and administration to integrate speech services into the educational setting
