Kona Ice Ocala is seeking friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team. This role involves operating and driving the Kona Ice truck to events, serving customers, and delivering a fun, high-energy experience while maintaining excellent customer service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate the Kona Ice truck to and from scheduled events, parties, festivals, and locations
• Set up and break down the Kona Ice serving area at each event
• Serve shaved ice and interact positively with customers of all ages
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the Kona Ice brand professionally
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck, equipment, and serving area
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Assist with restocking supplies and basic truck upkeep
• Communicate effectively with management regarding schedules, locations, and any issues

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely drive a large commercial-style vehicle (no CDL required)
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from the truck location
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
