About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Marketing and Communications to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving integrated marketing efforts across a diverse portfolio of business education programs, with a focus on enrollment growth, brand elevation, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure consistent branding, utilize market research and analytics to identify growth opportunities, and proactively advance the use of AI in marketing and communications. The Executive Director will also be tasked with forging partnerships with academic and administrative leadership, overseeing a team of 20+ professionals, and managing the unit's budget to meet the school's objectives. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 11 years' of experience in marketing and communications, including at least 7 years' in a managerial role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic marketing leadership, brand management, and enrollment marketing, particularly within a higher education setting. Preferred qualifications include experience in global business education markets, advanced knowledge of digital marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams. The role demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to balance long-term brand development with immediate enrollment goals, and a commitment to ethical oversight in the use of AI and technology.
