Implementation Coordinator

Role: Implementation Coordinator responsible for facilitating onboarding, communication, and process improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting. Responsibilities: Coordinate new hire onboarding, assist in developing communication materials, deliver presentations on process improvement and patient safety, monitor processes for accuracy and compliance, and coordinate training initiatives with leadership. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years healthcare experience, preferably in ambulatory physician settings, with project management and training background. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Experience with EHR systems like NextGen and dental experience are preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Management is preferred. Key Skills: Excellent communication, process monitoring, training coordination, and healthcare compliance. Physical requirements include lifting, reaching, climbing, and mobility tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
