Job Details Job Location: Carmel, NY - Carmel, NY 10512 Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Sales Merchandiser Duties and Responsibilities Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts along a route Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts Keep backroom stock in neat and orderly condition Build customer relationships at the store level Schedule 6:30 am until finish 5 day work week, fluctuating days off Must be available to work weekends Merchandiser Qualifications Must be 18 years old or older Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach Valid NYS Driver's License Must have your own personal vehicle (this is required) Merchandiser Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (starting at $18+) PLUS monthly sales incentives up to $1000 - paid weekly on Fridays Mileage reimbursement 50¢/mile + Gas allowance 100% Company paid Health Benefits (no premium deduction from pay) Referral Bonuses + Attendance Bonuses Company Provided Uniforms 401K/Roth option with 5% Company Match Career Advancement - paid CDL Training Occasional contests with incentives, Employee appreciation holiday gift, and fun Company events!
