Snapshot / Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in Honolulu, HI to lead commercial mechanical projects. You will take ownership of HVAC and plumbing builds from the initial award through final closeout. We need a leader who enjoys complex work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results for our clients.
- You will ensure major mechanical projects finish on time and stay profitable.
- You will act as a trusted partner for our clients to earn repeat business.
- You will help grow the next generation of talent by mentoring junior team members.
- You will keep jobsites running smoothly by spotting and fixing risks early. Responsibilities
- Run commercial HVAC and plumbing projects valued between $1M and $40M.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and labor resources from start to finish.
- Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and general contractors.
- Lead project meetings and keep all stakeholders informed on progress.
- Handle technical paperwork including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Track project financials closely and make adjustments to hit profit goals.
- Oversee the full closeout process, including punch lists and warranties. Compensation and Logistics
