MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is assisting a nationwide hospital management group in Florida to fill a permanent, full-time physician role. The position features 12-hour shifts on a rotating block schedule (5 on/5 off, 6 on/6 off, 7 on/7 off) and requires night rotation, with an average census of 20–24 patients per shift.
Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $275,000 plus RVU production and metrics-based bonuses. Malpractice insurance (occurrence based) is provided.
