Senior Affordable Housing Compliance Manager
Pratum Co
Pratum Co is seeking an Affordable Housing Compliance Manager to oversee LIHTC and HUD Section 8 programs across multifamily properties. You will review income certifications, manage annual recertifications, and coordinate site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
