Our back-of-the-house prep cooks are responsible for prepping and cooking Beef's food items according to recipe specs. They take pride in preparing quality food and ingredients. If this sounds like your kind of team, apply today!Responsibilities:Prep vegetables, proteins, and sauces for use in recipesFollow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storageFollow safety and sanitation proceduresKeep equipment clean and the work area organizedComplete duties without constant supervisionRequirements:Minimum age 16 or older, based on applicable state & local requirementsAvailable to work weekend and holiday shiftsAbility to read recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in EnglishAble to competently handle a knife and other kitchen utensilsAble to competently operate kitchen equipmentContinuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 poundsExposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environmentCompensation: $9.00 - $15.00 per hourThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
