Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + unlimited bonus opportunity. Own the talent acquisition lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding. High-visibility role supporting the organization's growth initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of a HIGH performing team Opportunity to build and expand professional networks throughout the local community. Extensive exposure to strategic sourcing, networking, and talent attraction initiatives. Collaborative environment with direct interaction across leadership, advisors, and business partners. Professional development and ongoing training opportunities (local and national) 20 days of PTO to start & all federal holidays off Utilize advanced recruiting tools, social media, and LinkedIn sourcing techniques. Fast-paced environment ideal for ambitious, results-oriented talent professionals. Key Responsibilities For The Talent Acquisition Specialist Actively source and attract qualified candidates through networking, referrals, social media, and strategic outreach efforts. Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and initial interviews. Guide candidates through the selection, onboarding, and training process. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and attract top talent. Maintain recruiting activity, reporting, and applicant tracking systems while supporting hiring goals. Qualifications For The Talent Acquisition Specialist Bachelor's degree required 1 year of professional experience Strong drive to actively go out and "hunt" for the best talent Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
