Sales Center Manager - We are opening a new location. Looking for someone with that entrepreneurial spirit - is that you?

Gemaire Distributors is seeking a Sales Center Manager to lead sales and operations at our HVAC wholesale branch. You’ll drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure a great customer experience through effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales and profitability
• Oversee inventory and showroom merchandising
• Recruit, train, and lead a diverse team
• Ensure safety and compliance
• Manage branch P&L
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Qualifications:
• 2–4 years’ operational experience in retail or wholesale
• Proven leadership and sales growth ability
• Strong relationship-building and analytical skills
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)
• HVAC industry experience preferred

Education: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Environment: Warehouse setting, Mon–Fri with some physical work required
