Job Title: Dialysis RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse in California Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with patient ratios - Charting system experience Description: Local Dialysis RN positions available for day shifts. The role requires a valid California RN license, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of dialysis nursing experience. Experience in acute care inpatient dialysis is preferred. Ability to cannulate AV fistulas and grafts is necessary. Knowledge of patient care procedures for various conditions, including acute kidney injury and fluid overload, is essential. The candidate should be proficient in the administration of blood products and monitoring during dialysis. Familiarity with the Epic charting system is preferred. On-call shifts are required every 1-2 weeks. Weekend coverage is necessary, with shifts available on Saturdays only.
