The Company is in search of a Head of VIP & Loyalty to lead the development and execution of strategies that enhance the engagement, retention, and satisfaction of high-value players. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the evolution of VIP and loyalty programs, with a focus on long-term player relationships and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end VIP strategy, including segmentation, personalized experiences, and the monitoring of player value and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to design and implement benefits and promotional frameworks that align with the company's growth objectives. Applicants for the Head of VIP & Loyalty position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in VIP, loyalty, CRM, or player development roles, with a background in online gaming, including casino, iGaming, sports betting, sweepstakes, or social casino. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of player retention, engagement, and lifecycle management, as well as proven experience in managing high-value player segments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, commercial, and strategic decision-making skills, and be adept at balancing premium player experiences with responsible commercial practices.
