Evening Team Member

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for energetic, dependable team members who are available for afternoon and evening shifts, including 12:00 PM-5:00 PM or 2:00 PM-9:30 PM.

Position Overview As a Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member, you will help prepare quality food and beverages, provide friendly guest service, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin' standards and recipes.
• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to every guest.
• Take orders and process payments at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Assemble and package orders accurately.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
• Stock products and supplies throughout the shift.
• Learn and communicate menu items, promotions, and limited-time offers.
• Meet speed-of-service and order accuracy expectations.
• Work effectively with managers and fellow team members.
• Maintain organized storage, refrigerated, and stock areas.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., when applicable.
