Staff - Speech Pathologist - Days

Unit Information: Speech Pathologist / Speech Therapist (FullTime or Part Time or PRN) provides speech-language pathology services for clients/patients who demonstrate disorder of communication and/or swallowing.

Special Conditions: Position is Safety Sensitive / Drug Free Workplace / Vaccination Requirements.

Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Rehab Manager or designated therapist. Exercises progressive levels of autonomy in day-to-day activities based on satisfactory job performance.

Shift Information: 5x8 Day

Pay Range: $50 to $65

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited college program in Speech Therapy with a MS.
• Prefer 2 or more years of work experience in acute care and skilled care or long term care settings, to include all ages of patients.
• Current, unrestricted Speech Therapist License from the Arizona State Board of Speech Therapy Examiners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Experienced in public speaking and presentations. Strong leadership abilities inclusive of clinical skills and personnel management skills.
