The Sales Associate represents the brand and provides excellent customer service at the Melrose flagship store. The role supports sales targets by building client relationships and sharing current product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and represent the brand as an ambassador.
• Build and maintain client relationships, sharing updates about products and events.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and maximize sales opportunities.
• Support visual presentation, store maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
• Use in-store technology and POS systems to enhance client experiences and process transactions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail selling experience in luxury fashion.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work toward weekly sales goals.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends in music, arts, and culture.
