Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to evaluate business performance, operational trends, and key metrics
• Track and report on operational and customer activity metrics, including sales performance, intake volume, and customer engagement
• Provide operational support for client programs, internal initiatives, and CRM management
• Develop and maintain internal reports and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Support ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives as needed
• Build and maintain revenue forecasts and business models
• Analyze financial and operational data to support budgeting and long-term planning
• Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment on forecasts and business projections

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 0 to 1 years of professional work experience
• Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills required
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Power BI, ArcGIS, or similar analytical tools is highly desirable, though intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn are equally valued
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, are required
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and professional approach
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys developing innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Comfortable operating in dynamic and evolving environments with strategic direction and autonomy
