Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Physical Therapist license
Assignment Details
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Shift Days: Monday - Friday
- May float to inpatient rehab, acute, and outpatient rehab
- Clinic is open Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Equipment includes Hoyer Lift, Treadmill, Elliptical, and Sci Fit
- EMR: Meditech Magic, ReDoc/NetHealth

Location Highlights
Decatur offers access to North Texas outdoor recreation and small-town convenience. Lake Bridgeport is about 15 miles northwest of Decatur and provides boating, fishing, and waterfront views for days off. Decatur Town Square features the Wise County Courthouse and local dining options, and the city sits roughly 45 miles northwest of Fort Worth for access to larger entertainment and cultural venues.
