Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerical Associate to support our warehouse operations in Orlando, FL. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing shipping and receiving documentation, and assisting with inventory management. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry for warehouse transactions and inventory records.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate documentation.
• File, organize, and maintain warehouse records.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse clerical, administrative, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Proficient in Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
