Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Kings View Counseling Services, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Managing your schedule and client appointments effectively, ensuring that all interactions are well-prepared and productive.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive treatment plan for clients.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass assisting a varied patient population, focusing on individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and age groups seeking therapy for emotional and psychological challenges. This role involves addressing a wide array of clinical presentations, which may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise in these areas will directly contribute to enhanced client outcomes and recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license to practice independently as an LCSW in Texas.

• A minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, with at least two evenings scheduled each week to accommodate client needs.
