Volunteer Board Member - IT & Systems Integration

Asia Wild is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting wildlife, supporting conservation initiatives, and strengthening global awareness around biodiversity protection across Asia.

We are seeking a tech-savvy Board Member who can help guide and support our IT infrastructure, systems, and digital operations.

Role Overview

This board role is ideal for someone with experience in information technology, systems administration, digital infrastructure, or technology strategy who wants to use their skills to support wildlife conservation.

While this is a governance-level board role, we are looking for someone willing to occasionally provide hands-on support and strategic guidance around our technology systems, integrations, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Systems Guidance

• Advise the organization on technology strategy and digital infrastructure.
• Help evaluate and improve existing systems and workflows.
• Recommend tools and integrations that increase efficiency and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and streamline operations.

Systems Integration

• Support integration between platforms such as CRM, donor systems, email, forms, and internal tools.
• Help design simple, sustainable systems that volunteers can maintain.
• Improve data organization, security practices, and accessibility.

Website & Digital Presence

• Provide guidance on website management and updates.
• Assist with occasional improvements or troubleshooting.
• Ensure our digital platforms remain functional, secure, and user-friendly.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Help improve digital filing systems and documentation processes.
• Support selection or setup of tools for collaboration and recor
