Your Role Awaits

• Performing comprehensive evaluations of patients, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and treating immediate and ongoing health issues collaboratively with physicians or independently (as per credentialing)
• Educating patients and their families on preventive measures, wellness practices, and disease management techniques
• Prescribing appropriate medications and treatments within your scope of practice
• Participating in patient follow-ups and chronic disease management initiatives
• Working in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated and patient-centered care
• Maintaining thorough and precise documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Education and Certification Requirements

• Graduate degree in Nursing (either MSN or DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Licenses and Certifications Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Idaho
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, through AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
